SOUTHPORT — The Notre Dame baseball team fell behind 2-0 after one inning and never recovered in a 4-1 loss to Trumansburg on Thursday afternoon.

Trumansburg scored two in the first, one in the second and one in the fifth. Notre Dame got a run in the sixth.

Notre Dame got a double from Logan Meisner, who scored their run and Alex Daugherty, Jahmeire Keyser and Brendan O’Brien each had hits in the game.

Keyser worked two innings, allowing three hits, and three runs, striking out three. Jhamez Boyd worked five innings of relief, allowing five hits and an unearned run, striking out one.
